Standards that matter
We manufacture with rigour, transparency and accountability at every stage, in every facility, by every person who carries the Sachets name.
Compliance built into every site, every product, every batch
Our accreditations and certifications are specific to the products and processes they govern. Not every standard applies to every site, and we are transparent about that.
What does apply, applies fully.

Site-specific accreditations.
Full group commitment.
Sachets operates across three manufacturing sites, each producing distinct product lines with their own regulatory requirements. Our accreditations and certifications are applied at the site and product level, where they are relevant and meaningful. AISE membership, ISO 9001:2015 certification, BRCGS AA rating and FSC certification are held where they apply to the products and processes on that site. Every batch is fully traceable from raw ingredient to finished product, with documentation available at every stage. Compliance is not reviewed at the end of the process. It is built into every stage from formulation through to finished product.

FSC certified materials throughout
FSC Certification (FSC® C150730) In 2019, Sachets became fully FSC® C150730 certified. Where customers require FSC® logos on there products, Sachets has the required systems and processes in place to meet the requirements of FSC® Chain of Custody (FSC-STD-40-004 Version 3.1 and FSC-STD-50-001 v2-1 standards.

Ethical sourcing practices embedded
We partner only with suppliers who meet our ethical sourcing standards, verified through SEDEX audit and ongoing supplier review. We track and monitor suppliers continuously. The integrity of what we make starts with the integrity of where we source it.
Sustainability and environmental accountability
We measure and reduce our environmental impact across manufacturing and logistics. Transparency guides every decision we make.

Carbon footprint reduction
British manufacturing means no ocean freight, no cross-continental shipping. Your product travels the final leg from UK depot to depot, a significantly reduced carbon journey compared to competitors shipping finished goods from Asia or mainland Europe.
Solar panel installation is planned, LED lighting programmes are underway, our fleet has moved to electric vehicles and plastic pallet wrap has been substantially reduced. We are targeting carbon neutral operations by 2028.

Ethical and sustainability policies
Our commitment to responsible practices runs from supplier selection through to waste reduction across the factory floor. SEDEX audited, FSC certified where applicable, and actively working ahead of legislative requirements on plastics and packaging across all our products.A good example of that progress in action: our wet wipes range is now 70% biodegradable, with a firm target to reach 100% by 2027, well ahead of any legislative requirement to do so.
We buy locally where possible, reducing transport miles and supporting the British supply chain. Combined with the inherent carbon advantage of UK manufacturing, our customers benefit from a significantly lower-footprint supply chain than those sourcing from overseas competitors.

Compliance across all jurisdictions
We manufacture for customers supplying the UK, Europe and the USA. Our compliance team maintains current regulatory knowledge across all three jurisdictions, including UK REACH, EU REACH, BPR, FDA requirements and relevant consumer safety legislation.
Every product is fully traceable, with documentation available for regulatory submission or customer audit at any time. When the regulatory landscape shifts, we move with it.
"This industry rewards consistency, and consistency comes from people who care. We've spent years building a team that takes real pride in what leaves this facility, from the formulations through to the finished product. Culture doesn't happen overnight. It's the foundation everything else is built on. it's what makes Sachets a brand worth standing behind."

Industry recognition and quality assurance
We hold certifications that are renewed, not rested on. BRCGS AA rated, ISO 9001:2015 certified, AISE member, FSC certified where applicable, SEDEX audited and members of UKCPI and the LPR green pallet scheme.
Each accreditation represents a standard that every person across our three sites is trained to uphold, every shift, every batch, every time.
Quality at Sachets is not a department. It is a discipline that runs through every role, from the chemist developing the formulation to the operative managing the line. The standard does not change depending on who is watching.
Biocide and non-biocide compliance
We navigate the full regulatory landscape across biocidal products, cosmetic formulations and general household cleaning products. This includes, but is not limited to:
General household and cleaning products: UK and EU REACH compliance, Detergent Regulations, Biocidal Products Regulation where applicable, supported by approved third-party compliance partners where required.
Cosmetic products: UK and EU Cosmetic Regulations, Cosmetic Product Safety Reports (CPSR), Responsible Person designation, CLP labelling compliance and ingredient notification. We work with self-regulation, third-party verification and appointed Responsible Persons to ensure every cosmetic product we manufacture meets current UK and EU requirements.
Biocidal products: Full BPR compliance across relevant product types, active substance documentation and submission support. We prepare products for the evolving regulatory timeline, so customers are not caught out when active substance reviews conclude.
Across all product types: SDS authoring in multiple languages, barcode compliance, UFI (Unique Formula Identifier) registration, and the production of safety data sheets and technical data sheets across the language requirements of the markets we serve.
Non-biocidal product safety standards and labelling compliance
Biocidal Products Regulation compliance across UK and EU
USA market regulatory knowledge, including FDA and EPA requirements
UK and EU REACH, Detergent Regulations and CLP labelling compliance
UK and EU Cosmetic Regulation compliance including CPSR and Responsible Person
